Santorini Greece in the Cyclades, Aegean, has one of the most spectacular landscapes in Greece and in the world.  The traditional villages of the island, built on tall cliffs, offer a breathtaking view over the submerged volcano.

The climate is mild and dry, and the soil is very fertile due to the many volcanic eruptions that took place. For that reason, the agricultural products of Santorini became well known all over the world for being of excellent quality.

John and Anthe named their restaurant after John's family homeland.  They prepare food in the Greek tradition of using the finest fresh ingredients, and an expert blend of spices.

As anyone who has visited Greece will tell you, eating and drinking is a passion... a way of life.
